Care in the home starts from £1260 per week.  Our initial assessment is free and may take the form of a home visit or self-assessment.  At Always Take Care we strive to make your life more manageable by providing you with transparent costs for our home care services.

 

As all our carers are employed by Always Take Care, you will be invoiced directly, rather than paying carers separately.  Care can range from simple companionship to relatively complex care for either a single client or a couple.   The 4 levels of care are:

• Level 1 : Companionship and Home support.

This is our basic service to ensure that your home and life keep running as you have always done and includes housekeeping, shopping, meal preparation, companionship, driving, pet care etc. (This level excludes any support with a medical diagnosis or personal care support).

• Level 2 : Companionship, Home support and assistance with a medical diagnosis and/or personal care requirements.

In addition to any home support you need, this level of care includes support with a medical diagnosis and can include assistance with bathing, toileting, administration of medications, special diets and mobility transfers. 

• Level 3 : Specialist care relative to an illness or advanced complex care requirements.

This level of care is for those who have specific specialist care needs and is determined by individual requirements and includes clients requiring the use of a hoist, require feeding or are unable to turn themselves.  This level of care will also include those living with early stages dementia.

• Level 4 : Care for couples.

This level of care is for couples requiring some form of assistance but manageable by a single carer.
 

Care is charged two weekly in advance and invoiced directly from Always Take Care. 

Our carers are all employed by Always Take Care and all taxes, leave accrual and NI charges are covered within the weekly cost. The only additional charges may include night calls and transport.
